✦ When will my order ship?
All orders are packed by me from PA! I try to pack them as soon as I can, but please allow up to one week of processing time, as I am only one person! (人ゝω・)
✦ How long does shipping take?

✦ Do you ship internationally?
Only to Canada at this time, but check back in the future!
✦ How can I track my order?
You can select the "USPS Ground Advantage" (or "DHL eCommerce Direct") shipping option at checkout. This option will include a tracking number once the order is shipped, and you can check the status of your package through USPS.
Please note that if you selected the untracked option (i.e. "USPS First-Class Mail" or its "...International" equivalent), then I will not be able to help in the case that the package is delayed or lost.
✦ Why don't I see the untracked shipping option at checkout?
The untracked shipping option usually entails snail-mailing through a paper envelope and stamp. Only small, flat, and non-rigid orders qualify for this option, such as a few stickers, or one to two sticker sheets.
✦ What is your refund policy?
Please note that all sales are final. Unfortunately I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged, please email me at maeinframe@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
